Tasting Room Staff - Part Time
Work as part of a team to support Tasting Room operations in a manner that achieves the established financial goals, ensures a rich consumer experience, builds consumer loyalty and reflects the brand essence.

Your principal functions are to help build our VIP Club membership, maintain the tasting room/retail space and assist tasting room management with all public functions. This would include cheerful and intelligent customer interaction, product knowledge, product presentations, cash register operations, sales, public areas care and appearance, inventory… all with exemplary service and attention to details.

Job Duties
• Preparing Tasting Room for daily openings and closings
• Maintain a clean, professional and inviting appearance, both personally and in the public areas
• Presenting wines and VIP Club benefits in an interesting and informative fashion
• Assisting consumers with their purchases
• Operate cash registers and credit card terminals accurately and efficiently
• Track inventory
• Represent the company and brand, professionally, graciously and enthusiastically
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications  The successful candidate will be/have:

• A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong customer focus and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal presence
• Preferred experience in retail or hospitality industry, additional experience in Tasting Rooms a plus.
• 21+ years of age and a flexible schedule, must work weekends
• Must like wine!!!
