I am very excited to announce that Chrysalis Vineyards can finally offer our visitors simple, creative foods that I produce to enhance your visit to Chrysalis Vineyards. My goal is to offer you fresh, great tasting dishes, of the highest quality possible, adding to what sets Chrysalis Vineyards apart from the rest.

We currently have two ordering options:

Option 1

Weekend Offerings at Chrysalis Vineyards – Saturdays and Sundays we will have ready in our Tasting Room display refrigerator a finite number of delicious casual foods. Our menu offerings for each weekend will be posted here – Weekend Menu – no later than 3pm on the Tuesday before that weekend. If you want to ensure that these items are available when you visit, simply contact me, chef Hump Astorga, pre-purchase the item on the phone with your credit card, and we will reserve it for you. As an alternative, you can take a chance on these items not selling out and still being available in our display refrigerator when you arrive.


Option 2

Catering Menu at Chrysalis Vineyards – In the event you would like to bring a group for a visit and have a lunch while sipping on our wines, we will post a catering menu with more options to choose from, which will be posted here – Catering Menu. All of these custom orders must be placed and pre-purchased by 5pm on the Monday before that weekend. Catering order require an 8-person minimum. Our catering menu changes regularly, so please check this link often.

If your group (8 or more) is also planning a tasting of our wines, please remember that we require reservations so that we may provide a memorable experience to all in your group. In the future, we plan to make the ordering process as simple as possible, envisioning a “Shopping Cart” posted on our website where you can place orders directly. However, for now we will approach this slowly, allowing us time to work out the kinks. All food orders must be placed directly through me, chef Hump Astorga, at 540-687-8222 ext. 205. I promise we will do whatever is possible to accomplish your requests and not promise you anything I cannot fulfill.
