Biscotti Goddess
Artisan baker Jan DeFalco, owner of Biscotti Goddess, fulfills a life-long love of baking – producing her premium biscotti. The biscotti originated centuries ago, thanks to an Italian baker who liked to serve them with Tuscan wine. The idea spread across Italy, and eventually, into many other cultures. The biscotti’s unique texture makes it perfect to dunk in your morning coffee or afternoon tea, or to enjoy with wine after dinner.
If you've tried biscotti before, you know that not all biscotti are created equally. At our Norton Festival, Jan will present her lineup of 13 flavors, ranging from the traditional to the unique. Once you’ve tasted them, you will become a fan. Pair them with some of our Chrysalis Vineyards wines, and you’ll never be without them!

Middleburg Creamery
Ice cream never tasted so good! With the best natural ingredients, to include cream that comes from local dairies, Middleburg Creamery makes great ice cream.
"We still hand cut all the fruit, one by one, and hand stir all the ingredients. We sauté the nuts in iron skillets before it goes into the ice cream. We pack each and every pint and quart by hand. We make 3 gallons at a time and we will NEVER change this process. This is what makes our ice cream unique." Kathy Lewis
