Kale, Cranberry and Almond Salad with Goat Cheese - 2015 Private Reserve Red

The 2015 Private Reserve Red opens with an impression of leather, cloves and mint, with some brambleberry and black currant and a subtle spiciness. In the mouth there are notes of currants, mint, cocoa, with a touch of green peppercorns and some prunes. The perfect paring for a crisp kale salad topped with creamy goat cheese.
