Creating a User Account on the Chrysalis Vineyards website
You do not need an account to view all the information on our website or order wine. However, creating an account allows you to view your order history, update adresses, and update your credit card information. If you are a VIP Club member then creating an account will also allow you to access the VIP Club area of the website, purchase exclusive VIP Club wines, and change your VIP club type.
If you are a brand new customer who does not receive our newsletter then simply click on the Login icon in the top right corner of our website (www.ChrysalisWine.com) then click on the button to the right of “To sign up for an account”. Follow the simple steps to create your user ID and password.
If you are a VIP club member or currently receive our newsletter, then you already have an email address on file. That email address is the key to properly associating your current information with your account. Click on the Login icon in the top right corner of our website (www.ChrysalisWine.com), enter the email address associated with your membership or newsletter in the “Username or Email” box, then click the button to the right of “Forgot your username or password”. A link will be sent to the email address that you entered. This link will allow you to “reset” your password. Once you have reset your password you will be able to Login using your email address and new password.
Once you have logged in you can click on the icon at the top of the page that says “Hello, name” to view and edit your account information.
