Albariño is not very common in the United States, and yet it has found a home here at Chrysalis Vineyards. Dry and crisp, this wine is filled with rich, bracing flavors of citrus, almonds, apricots, and peaches, with an inherent tartness and clean acidity.
A dry, crisp white wine which pays homage to the popular green wine of Portugal: Vinho Verde. It is light-bodied with a bracing acidity, and a touch natural effervescence gives it a clean and refreshing mouth feel.

Our Petit Manseng is an homage to the "ice wine" style of dessert wines. Viscous and sweet it is the perfect ending for a meal. Chrysalis Vineyards is the pioneer in bringing Petit Manseng to the United States. In 2002, Chrysalis’ owner Jennifer McCloud was granted by the BATF to include Petit Manseng on the list of “Primary Names” for varietally labeled wines in America. This is the first Petit Manseng so labeled in the United States.

Originating in Condrieu in the Northern Rhone region of France, Viognier has found a home in Virginia and has become the signature white varietal in the state. Chrysalis Vineyards has been producing award-winning Viognier since the late 1990s.
