Locksley Farmstead Cheeses
Handcrafted from the milk of our own herd. Our lineup includes Little John Cheddar, Nottingham Gouda, Garlic & Herb Fromage Blanc, Friar Tuck Fromage Blanc, King Richard Blue Cheese, Maid Marian Camembert, Merry Men Manchego, and Red Knight Pepper Jack.
Our delicious Monk Mozzarella is also featured on the pizzas made in the Little River Bakehouse at The Ag District Center.
