Held at The Ag District Center, this open-house style event invites guests to explore four engaging stations at their own pace, each showcasing a unique part of the cheesemaking process.

Start with a Chat with Steven
Begin where it all starts—with the cows. Learn how our herd is raised, how the pastures are cared for, and even get up close with a baby calf. Don’t forget to snap a photo in front of the farm tractor!

Head to the Creamery with Teri
Peek into the cheesemaking process through our creamery’s viewing window while Teri walks you through each step of turning fresh milk into farmstead cheese. She’ll be on hand to answer questions and share real-time insights.

Wrap Up with a Wine & Cheese Tasting with Jake (Ticketed Session)
Every 30 minutes, Jake will lead a guided pairing of five Locksley cheeses with five carefully selected Chrysalis wines. Explore how flavors and textures come alive together in this intimate, seated tasting.
