Ag Day Hike

At The Ag District, agriculture is happening all around us. Join us for a 3-mile guided walk through our working farm and experience a side of The Ag District you don’t usually get to see.

We are setting off from The Ag District building at Chrysalis Vineyards tasting room at 12:30pm. Arrive anytime from 12pm to check in, introduce yourself and use the restroom before we set off.  Allow 2 hours for the exploration.

Along the way, we’ll stop to see the cattle, take in beautiful views across the farm and toward the Bull Run Mountains, and visit the milking parlor to learn more about our dairy herd and how the farm operates. We’ll also stop by the creamery to learn how our Locksley Farmstead cheeses are made - with a little cheese sample to finish. 

Tickets $5 per person - redeemable toward food or wine purchased on the day

This is a 3 mile walk with hills and uneven terrain - comfortable walking shoes are required!
Water bottles and light snacks welcome.
No dogs, please.
