Have tried repeatedly to get confirmation on my first order through my VIP Club membership placed 3 weeks ago. Utter frustration. No way to access the club directly and no one in other departments seem to know either. No customer service #, email addresses of management don’t work. Call the one # they do have and most times no one answers. Leave a message for a return call and no response. Came across a policy statement that you have to keep your membership for ‘6 MONTHS!!’ before you can cancel!! WTF!! Avoid like the black plague
