Smooth and rich, this aromatic wine exhibits the classically unique and fruit-forward character of Norton with notes of dark cherry, plum, raspberry, dark chocolate and a touch of mint. The added Nebbiolo offers more of a red berry character with some structure from the high tannins natural to this varietal. The wine finishes with an understated oak character and some vanilla and cocoa, which mingle harmoniously with the overt fruit character of Norton and the fine tannins provided by the Nebbiolo.
